● Resolves client concerns on the initial call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
● Recognizing and handling assertive client phone calls.
● Responds to phone enquiries and gives info/ direction to customers.
● Provide quality content and case settlement with reference to plan coverage and accounts.
● High School Graduates are accepted.
● No BPO Experience applicants are accepted.
● With at least good English communication skills.
● Must be willing to work onsite.
