Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect past due invoices.
- Research and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
- Review and approve orders on hold and escalate for approval as needed.
- Review and process customer deductions.
- Work with various internal departments to gather supporting documentation to determine validity of deducted amounts.
- Submit request for credit memos as needed.
Banking and Collections Representatives Qualifications:
- Applicants with 1 year BPO experience can apply
- At least 18 years old
- Open for K-12 Graduates
- Amenable to work Onsite
