This is something that a call center agent could benefit from as working long hours at the dead of night will leave you feeling down and melancholy.

Well, call center agents are not really susceptible since they are mostly young professionals, and these disorders are for old people, but we should always take good care of our mental health even at a young age.

Call Center agents are prone to heart diseases because they work late hours at night and their lifestyle that includes day drinking, sleepless nights and cholesterol driven food parties is definitely not good for the heart. There are quite a few studies showed that drinking three to four cups of coffee daily was associated with a 21% lower risk of stroke and significantly decreased risk of heart failure. But please remember that anything in excess is a bad thing. Too much coffee can increase your blood pressure so make sure you drink it in moderation.
