Job Responsibilities:

Content Moderation Account
  • Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
  • Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
  • Communicating with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.

Content Moderation Account Qualifications:

  • Applicants with 1 year BPO Sales experience can apply
  • At least 18 years old  
  • Open to all HS / ALS Graduates
  • Amenable to work Onsite
