Job Responsibilities:
- Pass on issues to account managers when needed
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issue
- Provision of assistance to clients by replying queries, providing information and ensuring befitting follow-up.
Retail Account Qualifications:
- Applicants with no BPO experience can apply
- At least 18 years old
- Open to all College Undergraduates
- Amenable to work Onsite
