Job Responsibilities:
- May execute one or more of the following: Replies to call issues and grievances using usual scripts and operations.
- Gathers details, researches/resolves queries and records user phone calls.
- Communicates relevant opportunities for completion in a well timed fashion.
- Informs consumers about expert services to choose from and determines user requirements.
- Provides operational assistance, teaching and help to lower level employees.
Warranty Subscription​ Qualifications:
- Applicants with 6 months BPO experience can apply
- At least 18 years old Â
- Open to all High School/ ALS Graduate
- Amenable to work Onsite
