Job Responsibilities:

  • Use customer service programs when considered necessary.
  • Determine and match up service levels when necessitated.
  • Make solutions to perfect operations and specialized advancements.
  • Using a digitized system, responds to user enquiries in a call center environment.
  • May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to telephone queries and grievances using recognized standard scripts and processes.

  • Applicants with at least1 year and 6 months BPO experience can apply
  • At least 18 years old  
  • Open to all College Graduates
