Customer Service Representative - Travel Account

Job Responsibilities:

• Arranging flights, insurance, and accommodation
• Using a booking system to secure holidays
• Collecting and processing payments
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.G. Visas and passports
• Sending out tickets to clients

Qualifications:

  • Applicants with or without  call center experience
  • At least 18 years old  
  • At least HS Graduate  or Senior High Graduate
  • Amenable to work Hybrid – Onsite Work
