Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewed documents such as invoices or records to compute fees or charges due.
  • Performed bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of services.
  • Kept records of invoices and support documents.
  • Resolved discrepancies in accounting records.
  • Contacted customers to obtain or relay account information.
  • Research and reconcile customer billing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants with or without  call center experience
  • At least 18 years old  
  • At least HS Graduate  or Senior High Graduate
  • Amenable to work Hybrid – Onsite Work
