
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewed documents such as invoices or records to compute fees or charges due.
- Performed bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of services.
- Kept records of invoices and support documents.
- Resolved discrepancies in accounting records.
- Contacted customers to obtain or relay account information.
- Research and reconcile customer billing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Applicants with or without call center experience
- At least 18 years old
- At least HS Graduate or Senior High Graduate
- Amenable to work Hybrid – Onsite Work
