Job Responsibilities:

- May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to telephone queries and grievances using recognized standard scripts and processes.
Insurance Account Qualifications:
- Applicants with at least 3 months BPO experience can apply
- At least 18 years old
- Open to all 2nd year college undergraduates
- Amenable to work Onsite
